The image shows Kate in her lace gown as she walked arm-in-arm with Lorenz and Tate, who stood either side of her.

Rio was seen at the end, looking on as Kate and his boys made their way towards him.

Kate captioned the post: “There were so many special moments at our wedding… but this is one I will never forget #proud #myboys.”

Rio shared the image to his Instagram and wrote: “Wedding day. My 2 boys walking my wife to be down the isle.Warmed my heart this….”

The former TOWIE star stepped away from the limelight when she met Rio in 2017 to then become stepmum to Lorenz, Tate, and Tia, eight, after his wife Rebecca, the mother of his three children, tragically passed away from breast cancer in 2015.

Speaking about her decision to leave the limelight and take on a family, Kate said on This Morning last year: “Everyone thinks I’m crazy, even my mum was like, ‘You’re mad!’ But I had two choices. I was in this world of drama and in the public eye.

“Then I met Rio, he had children who lost their mum, they didn’t have a woman in their lives. Someone needs to be at home and give them love.”

Meanwhile, during an interview with Daily Mail’s You Magazine last year, Kate stressed she would never try to replace the children’s late mother, Rebecca, and spoke about how they honour Rebecca’s memory.

“Their mum is irreplaceable; we celebrate her birthday, we go to the cemetery together,” she said.

Earlier this month, Rio spoke about his wedding to Kate and admitted he cried when he saw Tia – who was Kate’s maid-of-honour – walk up the aisle.

He told OK! Magazine: “I cried as soon as the day started. Seeing Tia walk up the aisle before Kate set me off. It was just so emotional.

“There was just no going back on the emotion, that’s why I had to keep my shades on! Seeing Tate and Lorenz walk Kate down the aisle was particularly poignant and we wouldn’t have wanted to do it any other way.

“They were so proud and they couldn’t wait to do that, they felt important.”
