A guest on Judge Rinder shocked viewers after revealing she was still smoking cigarettes despite being heavily pregnant.
Lindsay appeared on the show after her cousin Katie accused her of not paying back money she borrowed.
However, Lindsay disputes owing the money and is claiming £400 for a new door she claims Chris, who is Katie’s boyfriend, broke.

Katie and Chris were on the show to claim money from Lindsay after loaning her.
But defendant Lindsay claims she has been “harrassed” so believes she doesn’t owe the money.
As Judge Rinder started the case, he asked: “You’re suing for £45 which is the outstanding amount of that loan – correct, Katie?”
Katie replied “Yeah.”
But when quizzed about the £45, Lindsay revealed: “I haven’t got it at the minute.”
The 38-year-old judge then asked: “What did you tell them it was for?”
Lindsay replied: “Just food and stuff like that.”

But when asked by the judge “Well what stuff?” viewers were left stunned at what Lindsay revealed.
The pregnant guest said: “Fags and stuff.”
The presenter then asked: “Are you smoking now?”
Lindsay replied: “Yeah.”
Viewers immediately took to Twitter to share their disgust after the guest revealed she only had two weeks and six days left of her pregnancy.
One said: “She ain’t got a clue, poor baby #judgerinder.”
