Fans rushed to comment on the sweet post with one person saying: “Fab pic! Hope you had a lovely day.”

Jennie and her husband Chris Farr, who tied the knot in 2005, welcomed their little girl on October 29.

Jennie shared the happy news on Twitter.

The actress – who also has three-year-old son Albert – wrote: “Our newest addition arrived yesterday.

“Mummy and Daddy very happy. Big brother very proud of his little sister Hilda. We’re all in love (sic).”

A couple of days later, Jennie revealed her son Albert loves being a big brother to newborn sister Hilda as she shared a picture of a card he had written for his family.

It features three flowers made using cut-up orange and green tissue paper and the words: “To mummy, daddy and Hilda.”

Too cute!

Jennie and Chris had announced their second pregnancy via Twitter in April.

Corrie fans have suggested Jennie chose the baby name Hilda in honour of legendary Corrie character Hilda Ogden, but she’s yet to confirm that.
