Jamie Oliver may have been through the wars recently, but the father-of-five took time out to wish his three-year-old son a happy birthday with an adorable throwback photo.
The celeb chef and businessman, 44, took to Instagram to share an image of River.

Sharing a cute pic of River as a baby, all wrapped up and snug in the hospital, Jamie captioned the image with a jokey but heartfelt message:
“3 years ago today, Happy Birthday Son……you are a joyful boy but please sleep through the night love daddy xxx”
Jamie then followed the initial image with a cute pic of River now all grown up, smiling with his dad.
Many of his 7.3million followers took to the site to express their joy and share their own birthday messages, while wife Jools also posted a cute pic on her Instagram feed.
“I love your plea to sleep through the night,” one said.
“@jamieoliver peas in a pod,” another joked.
Finally one wrote: “He looks like he’s a bundle of fun. Happy Birthday River x”

Jamie has been trying to come to terms with the collapse of his restaurant chain.
He issued an emotional statement announcing that his restaurant chain had collapsed, and the full email he sent to staff telling them their jobs were at risk was revealed.
As Ent Daily reported, Jamie had said he was “deeply saddened” to announce the news and added: “I would like to thank all the staff who have put their hearts and souls into this business for over a decade.”
