Former EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa has shared a picture of her post-baby body, three months after giving birth to her second daughter, Mia.
The actress has set up a dedicated Instagram account to document her efforts to stay fit and healthy, and posted a picture to compare her body before and after pregnancy.

She captioned the split image with a long post about the importance of celebrating her achievements.
“Okay so… first picture is me before I even fell pregnant with Mia… I do not enjoy looking at the photo, but more importantly I’m hiding my face,” she wrote.
“It feels good to be able to smile and feel confident while taking a photo of my progress.”
She went on to say that it’s valuable to mark progress in every aspect of life – and to encourage her fans to be proud of their own achievements.
“I think it’s okay to be proud of doing well,” she said. “Any form too. If you get a promotion, be proud. If you get a new job be proud. If you learn a new skill, be proud. Don’t let anyone no matter how small the achievement is to them, put you down. It’s your life, your goals.”
Jacqueline claimed that she’s become more confident as she regained her strength and fitness.
“I lost a stone and a half and I am still not exactly where I want to be weight-wise but looking at the difference in the pictures to me (maybe not you) but to me, I am like 2 different people.
“I have grown in confidence and I am not ashamed of my newfound confidence. It’s helping me with other aspects of my life and changing so much for me. It’s your journey.”

Jacqueline gave birth to Mia back in June.
She and husband Dan Osborne are also parents to three-year-old Ella.
