Jacqueline Jossa reveals incredible weight loss after welcoming second child

She looks amazing!

Jacqueline Jossa has revealed she’s lost a stone and a half three months after giving birth to her second daughter, Mia.

The former EastEnders actress, who welcomed Mia on June 25, took to her Instagram story on Thursday to tell fans a new shake diet has helped her drop the pounds.

Jacqueline, 25, said in between having her daughter Ella, three, and Mia she was “the biggest I have ever been” so decided she wanted to get back into shape after giving birth to Mia.

She said: “Before I had Mia, in between Ella and Mia I was the biggest I have ever been.

“Then I got pregnant and I decided that I wanted to change as soon as I had Mia I thought I’m not going to let myself go.

“I thought I really want to get back to a comfortable weight where I feel good where I feel confident.

“And I’m still on my journey but I’m already feeling so much better I’ve lost a stone and a half.”

She added: “I do feel comfortable and I maybe want to lose a little bit more and I definitely want to tone up as well. But I just feel so much better.”

Talking about the shakes, Jacqueline said: “I feel really energised and it feels me up. I still eat.”

Revealing her favourite shake flavours, the star added: “Mine is strawberry and mint choc chip. I quite like having different flavours because then you don’t get bored of it.

“And I quite like having mint choc chip later in the day because it feels like a treat.”

Earlier this month, Jacqueline said she’s “on a journey to sort out my nutrition, my body and my mind”.

She posted a collage of photos showing how her body has changed since giving birth to Mia.
