It's not Celebs Go Dating

Emily Atack has teased an exciting new gig on social media and her fans have fallen over themselves trying to guess what it might be.

The post shows Emily wearing a pink dress and sitting at a table with a cocktail glass in front of her, at what looks like a restaurant.

She initially captioned the pic, “Secret fun thing being announced very soon”, but after an avalanche of comments asking if she was set to appear on Channel 4’s Celebs Go Dating, she updated it to include: “And no… it’s not Celebs go Dating. Don’t think my boyfriend would be too sound with that.”

One follower wrote, “Come Dine With Me?” and another echoed that idea, commenting, “I was thinking yesterday you should totally do Celeb Come Dine With Me! If that is such a thing anymore… You’d be brill.”

A third asked: “Oooh is it Celebrity MasterChef or Bake Off???”

Someone else put: “Hope it’s Strictly Come dancing – you would be great – I still remember your Dancing on Ice 10 years ago.”

A fifth said: “Celebrity Love Island??!!”

“Hope it’s something reuniting you and @johnscotbarrowman!” said another fan, tagging Emily’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! pal John Barrowman.

Other shows thrown into the mix included Don’t Tell The Bride and Ladette to Lady.

Emily is currently dating film producer Rob Jowers.

She made her red carpet debut with her new beau back in May, when the pair attended the Bafta Awards at London’s Royal Festival Hall.

Since her stint on I’m A Celeb last year, Emily’s career as an actress and comedian has gone from strength to strength.

Earlier this year she embarked on her first ever stand-up tour, Talk Thirty To Me, and in April she presented This Morning alongside John Barrowman while regulars Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby took a break for Easter.

Emily also has a new show of her own called Adulting, which sees her exploring the difficulties of becoming a grown-up.
