I’m A Celebrity star Spencer Matthews announces he’s going to be a dad

First he gets engaged, now he's going to be a daddy!

Former Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews has announced that he is going to be a dad for the first time.

He revealed the news that he is expecting his first child with fiancée Vogue Williams on social media, as did his bride to be.

Spencer, 28, wrote on Instagram: “So… I’m going to be a father! Couldn’t be happier to be sharing these times with the love of my life @voguewilliams. We feel truly blessed ❤”

And fans were surprised but happy about the news…

Vogue also made her announcement on social media, taking to Twitter: “I couldn’t be more delighted to announce that we are expecting our first baby! Being with you @spencermatthews is the best thing that has ever happened to me, you are the dream.”

Awwww, you guys!

Fans of the couple were quick to add their congratulations…

The couple met when they were both appearing on Channel 4 show The Jump, and spent most of their time denying any romance, claiming they were only good friends.

But last month they revealed they had got engaged and couldn’t be happier.

Now their happy news has turned to nappy news and they are over the moon.

Revealing all to Hello magazine, Vogue, who is four months pregnant, said: “We were together when we did the test, on holiday in the South of France over Christmas, and we were just like, ‘Wow’

“Regardless of how long you plan it for or how long you’ve wanted it, it’s still like, ‘Oh my God!’ It’s such exciting news.”

Spencer added: “I think we were more taken aback by how quickly it had worked, as opposed to the fact we’re having a kid. Because we had already begun to try, so I just considered myself the luckiest man in the world when we got the baby news.”
