We'd SO tune in

I’m A Celebrity star, Amir Khan and wife, Faryal Makhdoom are reportedly in talks with ITV for their very own fly-on-the-wall reality show.

The Sun reports the boxer, who won fans in the jungle last year, is wanted for a fly-on-the-wall docu-series, made popular by the likes of Katie Price and Peter Andre.

The insider claims: “[Amir]’s a character and they think viewers would be very interested in seeing how he is with Faryal and their daughter behind closed doors.

“It’s very early days in terms, but there seems to be interest on both sides.”

The couple married in 2013 and share daughter, Lamaisah.

They split last November but reconciled just days before Amir headed to Australia to take part in I’m A Celeb.

An ITV source said: “As expected, he was really good value as he chickened out of challenges and dropped verbal clangers around the campfire.”

ED! has contacted ITV and Amir’s representatives for comment.

Amir, 31, recently came face-to-face with his I’m A Celebrity co-star, presenter Iain Lee.

It followed allegations that Iain was given a tough time by some of his fellow campmates.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain, the broadcaster had a pop at Amir for lying about him over ‘Strawberry-Gate’, before the two men began to bicker about who was to blame for the incident.

For anyone who didn’t see it, Strawberry-Gate was the moment when Iain and Amir won some strawberries and cream for the camp after playing Cash For Gold, but decided to eat it all themselves.

On their return to the camp, Amir told the rest of the contestants that it had all been Iain’s idea.

And as the two men were reunited on Good Morning Britain, it was obvious that Iain hadn’t forgotten about Amir’s betrayal.

He barked: “Listen, why did you lie about me behind my back? What was that about, dude?”

Smiling awkwardly, Amir spluttered: “You’ve put me on the spot now. I got a little bit scared.”

Hilariously, one of the GMB team later presented the two men with a plate of strawberries to share, with Iain commenting: “This is very tense!”
