Amy Willerton has announced she’s engaged to her partner Daniel Day.
The I’m A Celebrity star revealed she made Daniel propose twice because he popped the question while down on two knees the first time and Amy wasn’t sure if that “counted” as a real proposal.
Amy, 26, told Hello! magazine that Daniel popped the question on a snowy mountaintop in Switzerland.

Sharing a photo of herself and Daniel posing for Hello!, Amy said on Instagram: “I’ve been finding it very hard not to scream this news from the highest rooftops…
“A month ago tomorrow my man asked me to be his wife in the most beautiful special place – Glacier De Triente!
“I’m ecstatically revelling in happiness & I said YES btw!!!”
Speaking to the publication, Amy said: “I spied a breakfast picnic set up with candles, a firepit, a bottle of our favourite champagne and red roses everywhere.
“Then he dropped to both knees and pulled out a box from his pocket containing the most beautiful ring. It felt like a dream.”
To ensure it was actually happening, Amy asked Daniel to propose for a second time, adding: “The second time around I made him do it on one knee because I didn’t know if proposing on both knees counted.”
Daniel admitted he “couldn’t have asked for it to go better”.

Amy took part in The Jump in 2017 and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2013 – in which she finished in fifth place.

The model rose to fame when she appeared on Sky Living show Signed by Katie, which saw modelling hopefuls compete for a management contract with a company owned by Katie Price.
Amy and Daniel have been dating since 2015.
