Marnie Simpson and Kim Woodburn strike up very bizarre friendship

The Geordie Shore star has since stuck up for "kind and loving" Lewis Bloor!

Who knew that Marnie Simpson and Kim Woodburn were mates?!

We didn’t.

Poor Marnie has had the week from hell, following a VERY public break-up with her love Lewis Bloor.

But the Geordie Shore star shared a photo of herself and Kim on her Twitter account saying: “Kim Woodburn can fix anything. God she’s a howl. First time I’ve giggled in days.”

Kim? A howl? Is this the same person?

Perhaps they’ve bonded over the fact that they’ve both been on Celebrity Big Brother, or was it when Marnie called controversial Kim the “funniest person of all time”, that the deal was sealed on their friendship?

Either way, it seems that Kim is cheering Marnie up, and that’s the most important thing here.

The 25-year-old beauty most certainly needs a shoulder to cry on after Lewis had the nerve to cheat on her on Valentine’s Day, and NUMEROUS times before that so it seems.

Marnie spoke about the love rat’s infidelity on Snapchat after seeing a VERy graphic video him in bed with another girl.

She even said she had a “gut feeling” about something being wrong before she saw the footage.

In tweets that have now been deleted, Marnie also revealed that the The Only Way Is Essex star cheated on her on holiday in Barcelona while she slept in bed.

She wrote: “To cheat on your gf while she slept when on holiday together is unthinkable and then get back in bed As if nothing had happened.”

Lewis, 27, then apologised to Marnie, publicly, as you do…

He said: “It was a drunken mistake, a terrible thing I wish I had the courage to just admit my wrong doing so Marnie did not have to find out from these girls.”

Uh, yeah, d’uh.

Marnie has been swept up in yet more drama from people saying that Lewis sponged £25,000 off her, but being the lovely person that she is, she made sure she put everyone right.

Uploading a message to Twitter on Friday morning, she wrote: “Although I did help him incredibly a lot through our relationship it wasn’t all one sided as he did guide me in different ways… he was kind and loving and encouraged me in everything I did, which is why I’m so torn apart by his actions, I didn’t expect it.

“Our relationship was happy strong and amazing despite anything these horrid girls have said.”

Oh Lewis, you lost a good one there.
