Hollyoaks star Duncan James is gearing up to explore the world of the afterlife on Tuesday night, when he becomes part of the Celebrity Ghost Hunt Live gang.
After admitting that he believes in ghosts, the actor and singer can’t wait to get involved with the hunting.
He said: “When you go somewhere that’s haunted and you believe as I do it can be quite interesting.”
“You kind of almost want to see a ghost even though you’d actually s*** yourself if you did.”
Hmm, quite!

If he does encounter any spooky goings on, then it wouldn’t be the first time the 39 year old had seen something out of this world.
Revealing to Mirror Online he said: “I thought I saw a ghost once.”
“It was an old lady walking towards me, we used to live in Devon in the fields, and I was going to school in the morning, getting on my moped and I looked back and she was gone, it was so weird.”
“I was walking down the path shouting, ‘hello, hello’ and there was no one there. It was really creepy and freaked me out.”

Duncan, who plays nasty Ryan Knight in Hollyoaks, will be joining Rylan Clark-Neal and several other celebrities at an abandoned stately home in West London.
The last owner of the house died in the property, and then it went on to be used as a military hospital during WWI and also as a care home.
