Presenter Holly Willoughby has shared a powerful message for her followers on social media alongside a cute throwback from her school days.
The This Morning host, 38, posted a snap of herself as a child on Instagram and spoke about attacking whatever challenges September brings with “self-belief” and “hard graft”.
She captioned the pic, which shows her wearing a school uniform and beaming alongside her older sister, Kelly: “Me and my sis @ladywilloughby off to school many many moons ago…

“Now it’s a new school year… perhaps there’s a new school to discover and new friends to make.
“Whatever challenges you are faced with this September… attack them with all the self-belief, hard graft and determination you can muster… you’ve got this guys! #back2school.”
In the comments, fans were quick to get behind the message and tell Holly how cute she was as a child, with one writing, “Beautiful!!! Nicely put!!!” and another telling her, “You’ve not changed a bit, cute!!” while a third put, “Wise words, great picture”.
Earlier today, Holly shared an emotional message as she dropped her youngest son off for his first day at school.
The TV host thanked This Morning bosses for “moving heaven and earth” to enable her to be with Chester, four, as begins his school journey.
Holly uploaded a selfie on Instagram that showed her smiling for the camera as she walked with Chester, who was wearing his school uniform.
She wrote in the caption: “She captioned the post: “And he’s off… full of a whole host of emotions watching him walk through the classroom door… my baby is growing up…
“Thank you @thismorning for moving heaven and earth so I could drop him off. That’s a day we will both never forget.”
Chester is Holly’s youngest with TV producer husband Dan Baldwin, 44. They have two other children – Harry, 10, and Belle, eight.

Holly was back on This Morning today (02.09.19) with her co-host and pal Phillip Schofield, following a long break for the summer.
Viewers were pleased to have the duo back on their screens, with one Instagram user insisting the show is “never the same” without them and another admitted they were “way too excited” at their return to ITV studio.
It was clear that Schofe felt the same way, as he threw his arms wide and cheered as today’s episode got underway.
