Holly Willoughby ‘quits £450K Diet Coke deal to spend more time with family’

She's been promoting the product for two years

Holly Willoughby has reportedly ended her £450,000 deal with Diet Coke to focus on family life.

It’s been said that the This Morning presenter, who has been promoting the product for two years, is too busy with other work commitments and feels like she needs a break.

Holly, 38, is apparently hoping she can spend more time with her husband Dan Baldwin and their three children now she has “one less commitment”.

An insider told The Sun: “Holly is one of the bubbliest personalities on TV, so she was a fitting choice to become the face of a fizzy drink.

“They’ve parted amicably and she’s looking forward to spending more time with her family now she has one less commitment.”

Ent Daily has contacted reps for Holly for comment.

Holly has son Harry, nine, daughter Belle, seven, and four-year-old son Chester with Dan.

Holly became an ambassador for Diet Coke in 2017 and has posed for photos and ads for the product.

The Sun reports that Holly and Diet Coke parted ways at the start of the year.

Diet Coke told the publication: “For this year’s campaign, we have no plans to work with Holly, but that’s not to say we wouldn’t work together again in the future.”

It comes after Holly stepped away from her lifestyle brand Truly in September last year as she was too busy with other work commitments and family life.

In a statement posted to her Instagram, she said: “After much consideration, I have made the decision to step away from Truly.”

She continued: “To launch a brand needs total dedication and at the moment, with so many other commitments, this is not something I feel I can do without it starting to affect my family time at home. I wish Truly all the success for the future.”

Truly and the Diet Coke deal were just one of Holly’s many projects as she also has a range of bedding and furnishings with Dunelm and announced last year she’s become an ambassador for Marks & Spencer.
