Holly Willoughby gushes over her "beautiful girls" as she enjoys lunch with Emma Bunton and Nicole Appleton

Girls' get togethers are always the best!

It was friendship goals ahoy at lunchtime yesterday when Holly Willoughby got together with some of her girl pals.

The 36-year-old posted a picture of herself out with four of her friends at Nobu in Park Lane, London, including Spice Girl, Emma Bunton, and All Saints’ Nicole Appleton.

The picture was captioned with love from Holly, and simply said: “My beautiful girls... @ruby1kid @emmaleebunton @shishib #demetz."

Emma Bunton and Nicole both replied to Holly’s post saying:

Nicole also posted a similar picture showing the five of them as they raised their glasses towards the camera.

Her pic was captioned: "Lunch with my girls!! Love you @hollywilloughby @shishib @emmaleebunton and Demetz."

It probably felt more like dinner time than lunch for Holly and Emma, who had both already been up for most of the morning.

Emma hosts the Breakfast Show alongside Jamie Theakston on Heart FM, and Holly obviously presents This Morning with Phillip Schofield.

Holly has previously said that she doesn’t really see her friends as much as she’d like because they are all so busy.

I think when you’ve got friends who are also mums, you cement that friendship by knowing you’re all going through this together.

She told OK! magazine: "Maybe we see less of each other but the quality when we see each other is exactly the same. I think when you've got friends who are also mums, you cement that friendship by knowing you're all going through this together.

And the reason that she meets up for lunches rather than dinners?

"I meet up with my girlfriends in London for lunches, I'm not very good at dinners because I can't do late nights with the children all the time.”

We hear you Holly!

But it didn’t stop them heading to The Arts Club afterwards, where Nicole posted another pic that was aptly caption “One for the road!”
