This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby cracked up fans on Instagram after revealing she made an error when leaving the house.
Holly told fans she’d left home on Tuesday in the early hours of the morning with what she thought were her own keys, only to discover they belonged to her three-year-old son, Chester.
Holly posted a shot of the keys – adorned with Peppa Pig – to Instagram to share her mistake.
The caption read: “When you realise the keys you picked up this morning at 6am belong to your 3 year old…. 😬😬😬.”
Her fans were quick to flood the comments after the hilarious incident – with many confessing they’d done the same thing.
“I did this and tried to start the car with them 😂😂🙈,” one fan commented.
“It’s when you wonder why the car won’t open after numerous attempts n then you get annoyed swear a lot n then realise 😡,” said another fan.
“Every mum ever in the history of mums owns these crappy plastic magazine keys 😫,” one fan said.
“Hahahahaha i did that with my lads minion wallet…” a fan confessed.
Another fan joked that Holly would be expected to ferry Peppa Pig’s family next: “Brilliant!!! Don’t forget to drop Daddy Pig off at work first 🤣.”
“Omg that’s hilarious bet we have all been there xx,” said another fan, while another said “It’s a parenting classic 😂🙈.”
Meanwhile, Holly enjoyed a girls’ night out this week, sharing a photo to Instagram from dinner showing the group – including her sister – with champagne flutes raised in a toast.
The image was captioned: “Sisters are doing it for themselves…”
Thankfully, she made it to work at This Morning on time despite her key error!
On Wednesday’s show, she ended up dressed to match her make up artist, Patsy O’Neill.
She posted a shot of the two of them in matching dresses with the caption: “Twinning with @patsyoneillmakeup today on @thismorning.”
