Mario Falcone is returning to the show that made him famous after nearly two years away.
ITV bosses had to get rid of him as they disapproved of him promoting slimming pills, but they seem to have forgiven the stud.

A source told The Sun Online: “Mario has been quite keen to come back for a while and Towie have invited him back to film the odd cameo and will use him where the story permits.”
The 28-year-old Italian hunk has really gone from strength-to-strength after that devastating split from ex Lucy Mecklenburgh. He had a real battle with depression, but has now found love with new girlfriend Beck Miesner.
The lovebirds are absolutely inseparable and are all over each other’s Instagram feeds.
We bet his fans cannot wait for his comeback, especially as he’s so happy right now.
His exit really came as a huge shock to viewers because he had appeared in so many series, and was hailed as one of the most popular people on the show.
Mario seems to have kept in touch with a lot of the gang and is always photographed with James Lock, Pete Wicks and Megan McKenna.
We wonder whether the former bad boy will be getting involved in any of the drama now that he’s a changed man.

Most of Mario’s time in Towie was explosive as he was constantly getting abuse from Lucy Mecklenburgh and accused of cheating.
It looks like he’s grown up…
But what would be Towie be without the dramz.
