She enjoyed a break away with her husband and sons

Helen Skelton has showed off her incredible bikini body on a family holiday.

The presenter is sunning herself in Yorkshire with her husband Richie Myler and their sons Ernie, four, and Louis, two.

In the picture, Helen is wearing a blue, red and black floral two-piece and an orange straw hat.

She captioned the post: “Feeling like the stars have aligned because the sun came out for some UK beach time….. #UKsummer #timeout #family #yorkshire #beach.”

Fans gushed over the snap, with many branding Helen “amazing” and “stunning”.

One person said: “You look absolutely amazing Helen.”

Another wrote: “Absolutely stunning,” while a third added: “Looking good Helen. Fantastic figure.”

Helen also shared a photo of herself, Richie and their two boys in the sea.

The photo shows the couple holding their two sons as they enjoyed the sunshine and the water.

The star is best known for presenting children’s programmes Newsround and Blue Peter from 2008 until 2014.

Away from her TV career, Helen is busy raising her two sons with Richie.

Earlier this week, Helen recalled the moment she gave birth to son Louis on the kitchen floor while Ernie hit her with a plastic sword.

Speaking to the Mirror, she said: “I was in France and my husband was in England, and no one made it to me in time.

“So I gave birth with just my three-year-old next to me, repeatedly hitting me on the head with a plastic sword, because he thought we were playing dinosaurs.

“Terrifying. But I didn’t have a choice, I just had to get on with it.”
