The TV star has recently spoken about how she had to give birth without her rugby player hubby Richie Myler.

Talking to Hello! magazine after the birth, she said: “It was all a bit frantic. We are just so relieved he is safely here.”

Her first birth with son Ernie took two days, so she wasn’t expecting Louis to arrive as quickly as he did.

The TV star, who lives in France with her family as Richie plays for a team out there, even said that the fire brigade turned up after dialling the emergency services.

“I’m still not really sure why the fire brigade arrived but it seems they were the closest emergency service at the time!” she explained.

Poor Richie was in the UK at the time, and couldn’t do a thing but tell a neighbour to call emergency services.

“The firefighters were lovely and beside themselves with excitement as they said they hadn’t been at a birth before, but bless them they weren’t up to speed with what you do so they were all flapping,” she added.

Her husband did her best to rush back to France, but didn’t make it.

“Bless him, he looked like he’d done five rounds with Anthony Joshua, he’d been crying so much”, she said.

Luckily, her friend was on hand and delivered the baby for her.

Richie announced the news of their new arrival, and shared a black and white photo of each of their hands.

Helen shared the snap saying: “Family of four”.

“People talk about the early baby bubble, but it really is like that, we feel like we are on happy pills” she gushed.

“Two is a game changer though. I think it’s going to be chaos!”
