Helen wrote: “Seven months today and starting my third trimester.

“Hoping I feel less sick in this trimester… don’t get me wrong, the first trimester I was just completely wiped out with sickness and I’ve really enjoyed the second trimester, and in comparison to my first it’s been a breeze.

“I’ve had a little bit of nausea and sickness but it’s been really manageable.

“This is really not a moaning post at all. I know how very lucky I am to be pregnant just posting about my pregnancy sickness for other pregnant women to relate to.”

Helen, 27, went on to say that she’s going to do a longer post soon on how she copes with her pregnancy sickness, and urged other women to let her know their advice and tips.

The star announced her pregnancy in January, saying she and Celtic player Scott are thrilled to be giving daughter Matilda, two, a little brother or sister.

She previously said her first trimester has been “horrific” as she suffered from hyperemesis gravidarium, the same form of extreme pregnancy sickness that has plagued the Duchess of Cambridge.

Helen told OK! magazine she ended up in hospital where she had scans, fluids and anti-sickness injections.

She was also unable to go into work filming at Corrie as she was so unwell.

“Those five weeks of sickness were horrible. I’m just glad they’re over. I don’t think I’d ever be able to do that again,” she said.

As well as feeling sick, Helen also told fans recently about experiencing swelling due to her pregnancy.

“Gutted that my feet didn’t fit in them in Dubai with swelling,” she said. “Anyone else pregnant have really bad pregnancy swelling in their feet? I had it with Matilda when I was 9 months but I’ve got it early this time and I have no ankles.”

Helen whisked Scott off to Dubai for his 29th birthday last week.
