McFly star reveals they've had a tough week

Relieved Harry Judd has revealed that his son, Kit, is now recuperating at home after being admitted to hospital earlier in the week for bronchiolitis.

Harry, and wife Izzy have had a week from hell after their two-and-half-month old son was rushed to hospital. At first the couple didn’t reveal what was wrong with their little one, just describing the ordeal as a “frightening experience”.

Izzy took to Instagram to say that her poor lad had been “very distressed”.

But things are thankfully looking up for the family as Harry told his fans that Izzy and Kit are both home from hospital, following their nightmare.

He shared a beautiful picture of the pair recovering in bed, with the caption, “Mummy and Kit are home and well. Thanks for all your messages.”

Izzy has also opened up about their time being cared for by the NHS, and couldn’t be more grateful for their help. She told her Instagram followers, “On Tuesday morning Kit suddenly deteriorated and started struggling for breath. I was terrified and had no option than to phone for an ambulance.

“The paramedics arrived within minutes, however those minutes were the longest and the worst of my life.

“Whilst I sit by his bed I just want to take a moment to say how amazingly lucky we are to have the NHS who in our hour of need came to our rescue. We have been looked after by the most amazing paramedics, doctors and beautifully caring nurses.

“A very frightening experience was eased by a very kind and reassuring nurse who held my hand when my little boy was very distressed.”

She then went on to reveal what the poor little man has been diagnosed with… “He has bronchiolitis, a really nasty virus so needed help with his breathing and feeding. We are now home and I’m trying to recover from the trauma!
