Culinary expert Gregg Wallace has impressed his followers on social media with a topless selfie showing off his abs.
The Celebrity MasterChef presenter, 54, posted a mirror photo on Instagram that showed him standing with his torso bare to give fans a glimpse of his toned arms and stomach.
He wrote in the caption, “Getting there”.

In the comments, one follower asked Gregg how much weight he normally puts on due to being around all that delicious food on MasterChef with co-host John Torode.
But Gregg replied, “None any more” and the follower laughed, “I need your secret”.
Others rushed to praise Gregg on his commendable physique.
One said: “This is not helping the crush I already have on you.”
Another wrote: “Good work Sir, bloody hard work as we get older but hats off to you for keeping at it!”
Someone else commented, “Go on Gregg!” alongside a string of fire emojis.
A fourth asked, “Are you doing just weights, or a mix of weights and cardio? Looking strong” and Gregg responded, “Mix”.
Gregg became a dad for the third time earlier this year when he welcomed his first child with wife Anne-Marie.
Six weeks after baby Sid was born, Gregg returned to work and offered an update for fans, revealing he was finding the sleepless nights “difficult”.
Gregg and Anne-Marie took part in a cooking segment on This Morning in June, making baked crepes from their new joint cookbook for hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
Revealing that Sid was “really good”, Anna – as Gregg calls his wife – said her mum Rina was at home “looking after him”.

“She’s on baby duty at the moment,” she said, as Gregg waved to the cameras and said hello to his son.
Revealing that the first six weeks with their newborn had gone “really quickly”, Phil asked Gregg if he was a “hands-on” dad.
While Anna assured Phil that the MasterChef host was a doting dad, Gregg replied: “I’m good.”
Gregg has two other grown-up children, Tom and Libby.
