Giovanna Fletcher and her husband Tom have escaped on a child-free getaway.
But unfortunately, it won’t be quite the relaxing and romantic affair they would perhaps have chosen!
This week, author Gi and her Tom launched their own joint novel, called Eve Of Man, and they have hit the road to promote it.

But while this means a weekend away in a plush hotel without their two sons, Buzz and Buddy, it does mean they will be joined by literally thousands of fans.
Taking to Instagram stories, Giovanna – who is pregnant with their third child – admitted: “So, we have a weekend away without the children.”
However, sat next to her in the back of a cab, Tom chipped in: “But a lot of other people are joining us…”
Giovanna, 33, laughed: “Approximately 1,300 over the weekend.”
Tom, 32, then joked: “We’ve lost two kids but gained thousands!”
Tom has since given fans a real insight into exactly what went down down in their hotel room on the first night – and it probably wasn’t what you would have imagined…
In his own video, the McFly musician told fans: “It’s 1.40am, we’re in a hotel, she’s in her knickers and we’re eating salt and vinegar crisps.”
Smiling, Giovanna added: “It was a fun day!”
Giovanna and Tom’s third baby is due in September but the couple have decided not to find out the sex.
Earlier this week, they appeared on Lorraine and it gave Gi the chance to compare bumps with pregnant Christine Lampard!
Christine was standing in for Lorraine Kelly and is expecting her first child with her football manager husband Frank.
“I think we are days away, our due dates, so it just goes to show how different bodies deal with pregnancy and change and adapt,” Giovanna told Christine.
Giovanna and Tom announced their happy pregnancy news with a cute snow-themed video back in March.
