Geri Horner reportedly has a very high profile gig in mind for the Spice Girls comeback

This would be unbelievable

The Spice Girls – yes, all of them – rocked the showbiz world by recently announcing a reunion.

For the first time in years Geri, Victoria, Mels B and C and Emma Bunton were pictured together in the same room.

And each of the girls had a beaming grin on their face that suggests this time the reunion could be something really special.

Victoria also posted a short Instagram video of the girls larking around (Credit: Instagram)

And while the announcement – which is reportedly due to net the girls a whopping £10m each – was exciting enough, we’ve been desperate for more details.

One thing in particular fans are desperate to learn is – when will the first reunion gig take place?

Well, if rumours are to be believed, tickets will be fairly tricky to get hold of…

The Sun has hinted that Geri Horner (formerly Halliwell) wants the first show to be at none other than Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding!

A source told the paper that Geri’s keen to book the Royal Wedding, as Meghan is said to be a huge fan of the group.

The unnamed source supposedly said: “Geri suggested the Royal Wedding is a fantastic opportunity, and that they should offer to perform at the reception.

“She has been told that Meghan was a big fan of the Spice Girls.”

Well, name us a woman (or a man) in their 30s that wasn’t!

The source also said: “The wedding fits in perfectly with Geri’s idea that the reunion should be very British. She sees it as a big part of their identity, and one they should keep.”

Details for the royal wedding are few and far between themselves, at the moment – pretty much all we know is that Harry and Meghan will be tying the knot on Saturday, May 19th.

We’ll be hoping the event’s televised, as William’s was to Kate Middleton – especially if the Spice Girls do perform!
