And this year has been tough for her and her health, after she had her heart broken.

Rewind 12 months and Georgia was madly loved up with model George Alsford, then it was suddenly all over.

Despite keeping her counsel on the break-up itself, she has spoken of her difficulties.

And in a new post in which she speaks about how happy she know is, she admits to fearing she wouldn't make it to this Christmas.

At one point thinking of myself being happy or even making it to Christmas seemed impossible.

I never knew that i could have such a cheesy smile 😁. At one point thinking of myself being happy or even making it to Christmas seemed impossible. But i am here and happy. And i am extremely proud of myself. 🤗 Christmas is a wonderful time of the year. But also a very difficult time for some. Please welcome those who you know are alone with open arms. 😘 I just want to say thank you for all of your support. And for all your lovely messages when i have been open about my own personal dealings with anxiety. I promise you it does get easier. And i hope i have helped you all as much as you have helped me. From the bottom of my now very full 💜 Thank you xxx
