Gemma Collins is no stranger to performing on primetime TV.
But, with rumours of an appearance on the brand-new Celebrity X Factor in the pipeline, popstar and Simon Cowell’s BFF Sinitta has taken a swipe at the TOWIE star’s performing skills.

Sinitta, 55, told The Daily Star that she wants to see Gemma Collins on there alongside Fred Sirieix from First Dates.
“I can’t do it as it was being a pop star that made me a celebrity all those years ago,” she said.
“I am hoping it will be people who are not known for singing,” she continued.
“With Gemma, her singing has got to be better than her ice skating, right?”

Last month, The GC stirred up some excitement after she revealed she visited Simon Cowell’s production company.
Gemma, 38, teased fans with an Instagram video, which showed her filming the ‘SyCo Entertainment’ sign at The X Factor boss’ company headquarters.
The social media post came after producers were said to be in talks to sign Gemmaas she drew so much attention on the ITV skating show.
It’s thought that Gemma would draw a big audience after viewers tuned in to see her weekly dramas on Dancing On Ice, from her rows with judge Jason Gardiner to her big tumble on the ice.

The rumour mill is currently going into overdrive when it comes to the new Celebrity X Factor.
Last month, Strictly’s Brendan Cole was the latest to be linked to the revamp.
The latest rumour came after The Chase’s Jenny Ryan, Love Actually’s Olivia Olson and Corrie’s Lucy Fallon were also tipped to appear.
