She recently revealed that on/off boyfriend James “Arg” Argent’s diet breath made her “vomit”.
Now Gemma Collins has said that his recent weight gain “ruined” their sex life.
Gemma appeared on Channel 4’s Sink Of Swim, which sees Arg attempting to swim the English Channel for Stand Up To Cancer.
She told James: “When you love someone it’s not about their size or whatever, but we can’t be as we used to be in the bedroom. We can’t, no offence.”
He recently revealed that he was “morbidly obese”, having gained ten stone in just two years.
Gemma added that James’s weight gain meant he was convinced he was seriously ill. He was also displaying signs of Type 2 diabetes.

She said: “We did go through a stage where you was urinating a lot through the night and we was concerned Type 2 had set in.”
Gemma added that the pair had also been victims of trolling over their weight.
She said: “So many people are nasty about your weight gain and then obviously people saying you’ve got really fat because you’re with the GC, and it was like I was taking the stick as well.”
She recently embarked on a fitness regime which saw her hiking in the Hollywood Hills. James, meanwhile, has shifted 42lb while training for his swim.
Gemma added: “I’m here to support you with it and I’m just so pleased you’re taking it seriously.”
She also told the TOWIE star: “And it’s very attractive James. I fancy you much more.”

She added: “To be honest he’s like the Arg I first met. He’s active again, I can see his personality coming back. He’s got energy, he’s having a laugh again. He just seems so determined, I love it.”
James also took to Instagram to share a throwback picture of himself in the sea, saying there was nothing he “loved more than getting in the sea” when he was a youngster.
He added: “As I got older I completely lost my confidence. I’ve been up and down in weight since my teens.”
Speaking about his “epic challenge”, James admitted: “At the start of this epic challenge I was the heaviest and unfittest I’ve ever been. I hadn’t done a bit of exercise for months and I really struggled at the beginning.”
Clearly feeling proud of himself, he said: I’ve managed to stick at it & turn it around through #hardwork #dedication #commitment.”
Gemma’s support of her on/off beau comes as Richard Madeley was accused of “fat-shaming” Arg on Good Morning Britain.
