Gemma Collins admits to putting weight back on after going on ‘holiday for weeks’

She's been overindulging

Gemma Collins has admitted that she has piled on the pounds after an endless holiday.

The GC appeared on today’s Good Morning Britain (Wednesday August 7) to unveil James Cracknell as the latest contestant on Strictly.

She also managed to squeeze in an embarrassing moment, too.

After the unveiling mishap, Gemma sat down to talk to hosts Kate Garraway and Ben Shepherd and admitted that she had piled on the pounds after a two-stone weight loss.

“I’ve put a bit back on because I’ve been on holiday for weeks and weeks and weeks and I’ve totally been overindulging,” she said.

Asked by Kate whether she had tried the ‘miracle flab-a-jab’ she replied: “But these things do work, before I went away I was taking it every day and I did lose two stone.

“It’s fantastic, but like everything, don’t expect a miracle cure, you cannot inject a jab and then be eating burgers and chips and pizzas. You have to apply yourself.”

In June she was warned about taking weight loss injections.

Gemma appeared on the show to launch her own reality series, Diva Forever, which starts on ITV Be tonight.

In the lead-up to the show, she revealed that she is considering moving to the US.

“I have been offered work in LA and could be possible for me to make the transition,” she admitted.

Gemma was also asked what, after eight years of being on TV, she would have done differently.

“I don’t regret anything I have ever done on TV. It got me to where I am today. I have always been REAL,” she said.
