Gemma Collins warns her ‘diva’ alter-ego The GC is coming back

Is she going to bring back the sass?

Gemma Collins has said her diva alter-ego ‘The GC’ could come back as she rehearsed for Dancing On Ice.

During her time on the show, Gemma has faced a string of reports that she had been a ‘diva’ backstage at the show – an allegation she denied.

She’s since had a tough few weeks after falling face-first onto the ice during her performance last month and breaking down in tears last weekend after receiving a low score for her routine.

However, it seems The GC could make a comeback as Gemma jokingly warned a member of the crew that she might bring her sassy alter-ego back.

She said: “It’s boring when I’m good. I’ve done extra training – three hours a day. Hell no. Do you think it’s boring when I’m good, Rob?”

Rob said: “I love Gemma, it makes my life so much easier. I haven’t seen The GC for a few weeks.”

Gemma replied: “I know, she’s got to come back.”

Meanwhile on Friday, Gemma defended her professional skating partner Matt Evers against trolls.

Gemma revealed Matt was left “very upset” by trolls’ recent criticism of the pair.

Sharing a video of their first performance on the show, Gemma branded Matt her “rock” and accused people of “bullying” him.

She wrote: “MY ROCK @themattevers….. against all odds and very nasty comments we are spreading LOVE and overcoming.

“We have really been on a special journey together, here’s to the Belero. LIGHT and LOVE ALWAYS and just for all you sad little trolls who have an unhappy existence, unless you can do it then 01 21 DO ONE.

“We are happy and positive and living our best life. IT’S CALLED @dancingonice NOT LIFTS on ice or jumps on ice. I bring the fun to the show ask yourself this, can you do it (sic).”

She added: “I WILL not let @themattevers be BULLIED anymore by the trolls he is very upset by what he is putting up with.

“We are keeping a record of everyone’s social media accounts and we WILL BE EXPOSING you you’re all seen the show when your trolls get confronted IT COULD BE YOU (sic).”

It comes after Matt vowed to not give up on Gemma because he sees “potential” in her.

He tweeted on Friday: “I’ve been told by many industry professionals to give up on her. I refuse to give up especially when I see potential.

“This has fueled me even more. It’s not my job to care but I do.”
