Gemma Collins has reportedly pulled out of the latest series of TOWIE because she is too busy with other work commitments.
Despite featuring in the trailer for the new ITVBe series, the 38-year-old reality star is said to no longer be appearing on the show.
Gemma now has the commitment of her own reality series, Diva Forever, she has been inundated with new lucrative offers in recent months and she is chasing her dream of a music career.
An insider told the Sun Online: “Gemma is so busy with work at the moment, she just hasn’t had time to give TOWIE her full attention, so she’s made the difficult decision to pull out.
“She’s just filmed her own show, which saw her go to America, and is working on various other lucrative projects including her music career with Naughty Boy.”

The source continued: “She was really trying to fit the show in, and even filmed the promo, but realised it just wouldn’t be possible to do a full series.
“Of course everyone is really disappointed – fans will be devastated she’s not returned to TOWIE as she’s the big star and everyone tunes in to see her.”
A representative for Gemma declined to comment when contacted by Ent Daily.
Gemma has been a prominent character in TOWIE since she joined in 2011, so there will be a GC-shaped hole if she doesn’t appear in the new series.
GC’s career has skyrocketed recently. As well as her own reality series, she has bagged her own podcast show on BBC Sounds.
The Essex girl has said landing her own gig with the BBC is a “huge moment in my career.”

Gemma also recently hinted she could be moving Stateside after being offered work in LA.
She said: “I have been offered work in LA and it could be possible for me to make the transition.”
