Gemma Collins ‘lands new TV role on The Real Housewives Of Cheshire’

The TV jobs are stacking up!

Essex girl Gemma Collins could be heading north after reportedly bagging a role on another ITV reality soap.

The TOWIE star, 38, recently filmed scenes for The Real Housewives Of Cheshire, according to the Manchester Evening News.

The news outlet claims The GC’s cameo occurred during an event for Kanditree, a talent and communications agency run by Real Housewives cast member Dawn Ward and her husband Ashley.

Gemma is also believed to have been in attendance for their daughter Darby’s 23rd birthday celebrations at a posh restaurant in the well-heeled village of Alderley Edge.

And she has previously been a VIP guest alongside the likes of Kym Marsh at the Wards’ glitzy annual charity ball.

It is thought Gemma’s appearance may air when the series returns to ITVBe later this month.

However, it is not clear whether her role will be a one-off showing or if it could lead to further moments in front of the camera on the show.

Gemma’s TV schedule remains very busy, despite being booted off Dancing On Ice three weeks ago.

She confirmed this last weekend she will indeed be part of next Sunday’s DOI finale after reports claimed she might ‘miss out’ on rehearsals for the TV personality’s last ever skating performance.

Telly bosses were said to be ‘panicking’ about her TOWIE commitments meaning she will be filming in Thailand for several days this week.

However, the self-styled diva told her 1.3 million Instagram fans ‘not to worry’ as she reassured viewers she will “definitely” return for one last curtain call.

“I wouldn’t miss it for the world,” Gemma commented.
