Gemma Collins has revealed her mum Joan is in hospital.
The Dancing On Ice star shared a snap to Instagram on Wednesday showing her mum carrying a designer shopping bag as she smiled for the camera wearing a leopard print coat.
Gemma, 38, told fans that her mum was in hospital last night and thanked hospital staff for looking after her.

She wrote: “Wishing my beautiful mummy a very speedy recovery who’s in hospital tonight.
“We will have you shopping very soon again JC, hope this post cheers you up. Thank you to everyone at BARTS HOSPITAL for looking after my mum.”
The star didn’t say what was wrong with her mum but fans were quick to offer their well-wishes to Joan.
One person said: “Sorry to hear this. Get well soon Joan.”
Another wrote: “Get better soon! I’m sure the GC will keep a close eye on you!” while a third added: “Hope Joan gets better soon Gem.”
Joan replied to the lovely messages, writing: “Thanks guys love you all.”
On Thursday, Gemma shared a clip of herself in the hospital with her mum.
She told fans: “Chilling with mummy in hospital, she’s on the mend.”
Back in February, Joan was taken to hospital after falling ill with pneumonia.
Alongside a photo of herself and her mum, Gemma wrote at the time: “My poor mummy in hospital with pneumonia coming home @joancollins1 to be right by your side. I love you #itsnotbeenagoodweek.”
A source told The Sun that Gemma was “absolutely distraught” that her mum was in hospital.
They added: “Her mum has been ill for some time but it has taken a real turn in the last day or two and and she has been taken to hospital which has been scary for Gemma, let alone Joan.”
Meanwhile, at the weekend, Gemma appeared to confirm she and on-off boyfriend James ‘Arg’ Argent had split for good.
Sharing a screenshot of a Daily Mail article about her new clothing collection, she expressed her excitement at the next stage in her life.
“Thank you @dailymail for an amazing piece for my clothing brand,” she said. “Taking it stateside – L.A. counting down the days.
“Next chapter of my life and very excited. Single. Successful. #divaforever #notimefordisrespect #freeatlast #knowyourworth.”

Gemma’s post came just days after Arg had seemed to suggest the pair had reconciled, posting a sweet clip to Instagram showing him and Gemma dancing.
The clip was captioned: “Can’t live with you… Can’t live without you,” followed by a heart emoji.
