She doesn’t have a ring on her finger but Gemma Collins has revealed she’d ditch James Argent if he said no to an NDA.
TOWIE star Gem reportedly told a newspaper she backed Bake Off’s Paul Hollywood in his approach to ‘gagging orders’ in relationships – and won’t marry her fella without one.
Speaking to The Sun, Gemma indicated there would be a lot of paperwork to get through if the pair got engaged.
And as well as sorting out their affairs with a pre-nup before getting hitched, the reality diva also suggested a non-disclosure agreement could be on the cards, too.

Gemma is reported to have said: “In the past, James and I did have conversations and I said to him both of us would sign a prenup.
“And if James didn’t sign an NDA, I’d be like ‘see you later honey’.
“I totally back what Paul Hollywood did.”
Celebrity baker Paul’s ex Summer Monteys-Fullam reportedly split from him after his lawyers presented her with a non-disclosure agreement.

He, however, urged his Instagram followers to take anything they may have read in the tabloids regarding the break up with “a pinch of salt”.
Responding on Instagram Stories, Summer suggested she felt “betrayed”.
She is reported to have commented: “His claims that I’m making money and selling stories are totally false!
“I felt so betrayed by the NDA, particularly with how much pressure Paul and his lawyers put me under to sign it!”
