Pregnant Gemma Atkinson has revealed what she will be taking with her to the hospital to have her baby, and it includes a special spray to help with soreness down below.
The former Emmerdale star gave fans a glimpse of what will be in her hospital bag on her Instagram Story and she didn't hold back on the details!
She held up a special spray called "Spritz for Bits" which claims to soothe new mums after giving birth.
Gemma told her followers: "Mainly, I'm very excited for my Spritz for Bits because this is apparently soothing straight after birth. I know it's not very nice to talk about for guys, but for women who have just pushed a baby out, it will be nice to soothe that area.
"So I'm hopefully going to be using this after the birth if all goes well. Hopefully these things will help assist my labour."
The 34-year-old is just days away from giving birth to her first child with Strictly Come Dancing boyfriend Gorka Marquez.
Gemma also revealed the tiny nappies and baby clothes she has packed for their new arrival.
The couple haven't said if they are expecting a boy or girl and Gemma didn't give anything away with baby clothes, she packed neutral colours like white and grey.
Gemma is now so close to her due date that she recently joked that her waters could have broken at Gorka's dance show last week.
She shared her excitement about watching him perform in Here Come The Boys on Instagram, and joked: "I'll bring a wet floor sign with me just in case my waters break."
