Gemma Atkinson let her hair down during a day out with her Key 103 Manchester team.
The 32-year-old actress, from Bury, shared two videos of she and Matt Haslam running around the tree tops are Heaton Park.
They’re seen pushing kids out the way, screaming, panting and giggling away like children.
They both looked like they were having the time of their lives.
Gemma captioned her first video: “Not sure who the actual kids were at today’s Tree Top Trek at Heaton park. Myself and Matt had a blast 😂 @key103manchester”.
In her second clip, which she wrote: “@key103manchester team bonding day just got weird…”, she is heard saying: “”Just climbed up, now we’re going to do the descent with our sacks.”
Matt then looks at the camera and says: “Sack in hand – not the first time.”
Her fans thought it was hilarious that they had no care for the kids they were disrupting!
One said: “What kids lol looked like they were being mown down 😂😂”.
Another added: “Knocking kids aside! 😁”
Of course, many couldn’t help but comment on Matt’s inappropriate comments, with a third adding: “lol at sack in hand, hopefully not out in public in front of kids… :-s”.
Gemma recently took a week off from working out as she went on holiday.
Sharing a pic of her impressive arms in the gym, she wrote: “After a weeks holiday and a week getting over my Jet lag I finally felt strong again training today. Thanks Evil Steve”.
She also uploaded a video of she and best mate Cinta Miller who did a tandem bungee jump in Blackpool.
“They say you should do one thing a day that scares you. Yesterday me and @cintalondon did”, the star wrote.
Rather you than us, Gem!
The actress, who plays Carly Hope in the Dales, has recently left the soap, but says that she will be back.
She left with ex-boyfriend Matt to give their relationship another go, despite having proposed to Marlon. Matt was the father of Carly’s son Billy, who tragically died.
What do you mean, it’s complicated? It’s a soap. Obvs it’s complicated.
But while a fresh start might be right for her character right now, Gemma has vowed that that’s not the end for Carly, who has ‘unfinished business’ in the Dales.
“I think she’ll go off but eventually come back not to cause trouble but maybe to make amends,” she told Metro.
“Hopefully she will find Marlon happy with someone else.
“I’m 100% sure Carly will return, it’s just a case of working out why and when and who she can mess up!”
In the meantime, Gem thinks that her alter ego Carly has made the right move doing a runner.
“As much as Marlon and Carly were great together, Matt is the one who got away,” she added.
“Had they not lost Billy, they would have had the perfect relationship.
“Marlon is such an amazing guy, that he realises it as well. He’s man enough to tell her to follow her heart.”
