Gemma Atkinson has wished boyfriend Gorka Marquez a happy birthday in a sweet new message, saying she wants to “grow old” with him and celebrate many more.
The former Emmerdale actress, 33, took to Instagram on Tuesday to celebrate Strictly Come Dancing pro Gorka’s 28th with a beautiful note about how much he means to her.

She wrote: “Happy Birthday Gorks! It’s impossible to put into words how happy I am that I found you. You surprise me every day and go above and beyond to make sure that myself and everyone else around you feels loved.
“Sending you the Biggest, happiest Birthday wishes and here’s to many more Birthdays together, because growing old with you, is number 1 on my bucket list.”
Gemma signed off with, “Te quiero mucho”, which translates to “I love you so much” in Gorka’s native Spanish.
She added a collage of photos to the post, showing their romance over the last year.
Many of Gorka’s fans also chipped in with their own birthday wishes, saying they were confident Gemma would spoil her man rotten on his special day!
Gorka, meanwhile, shared a selfie with Gemma on Monday night to mark their last night of cuddles before he turned 28. Aww!
The couple met on last year’s Strictly Come Dancing.
Although they weren’t paired together, they became friends and that friendship slowly blossomed into romance, leading them to get together during the Strictly Come Dancing Live Tour at the start of the year.
They went public with their romance on Valentine’s Day and ever since have been keeping fans updated with sweet pics on social media.
Gorka’s about to return to our screens in the new series of Strictly, which kicks off this Saturday on BBC One.
There’s no word yet on which celebrity Gorka will be paired with.
In a recent interview with Mail Online, Gemma gushed of Gorka: “He genuinely is my best friend but obviously we’re in a relationship. He’s very supportive and understanding of my career, and I’m very supportive and understanding of his. It works well.
“I hope he’s the one, otherwise I wouldn’t be with him.”
Gorka may be ‘The One’ but that doesn’t mean wedding bells are ringing just yet.

Gemma recently had to deny rumours they were engaged sparked by a piece of jewellery she was wearing.
She explained: “The ring I’m wearing is a crystal on my right hand. Instagram stories flip the camera. No ring on my left hand because I’m not ENGAGED!!!
