Cat Deeley shows off blossoming pregnancy bump in gorgeous new picture

The bump is getting big!

The remake of an SMTV Live special might be in the offing, but Cat Deeley is busy preparing for her life as a mother of two.

The 41 year old posted a rare picture of two year old son Milo, splashing in the sea next to his famous mum as they played at the beach in Malibu, California.

Her picture was simply captioned: “Perfect” and it certainly looked idyllic.

The couple were back in the UK over the festive season, and Cat shared some gorgeous pictures of Milo enjoying a family walk in the park on New Year’s Eve in London.

Cat announced her second pregnancy in January this year on Twitter, sharing with her followers that they would soon be a family of four in springtime.

Her tweet said: “Over the moon to share that Milo is going to be a big brother! Can’t wait to be a family of four in the spring. We’re all so excited.”

All excited that is apart from Milo, as she hasn’t explained to her son that it’s not just an extra pie that’s made her belly get bigger.

She revealed to TV chat show host Steve Harvey about her predicament when she revealed she hasn’t told Milo yet, especially as she’s getting used to his boisterous ways.

She said: “He gave me a black eye – he hit me with the ukulele – and it went all black and yellow and purple, he then threw sand in the eye so I went blind for about ten minutes!”

“So I’m really hoping this child survives when it finally comes out! I haven’t told Milo yet about the pregnancy yet.”

When Steve asked her how he might react to a baby, Cat explained that she is trying to prepare him for the new big brother role by teaching him to be gentle.

She said: “I’m starting with the dog. I’ve got a lovely dog called Lily, who’s very very very gentle. But sometimes he gets a bit too enthusiastic with her and he grabs her skin – not on purpose – but he is just trying to love her.”

There have been reports that SMTV Live is coming back, after Cat joined up with her buddies Ant & Dec on last year’s Saturday Night Takeaway.

Cat has revealed what she would love to be included in the SMTV Live reunion show if it all works out.

She told Digital Spy: “I think that the big elements of the show will be there, like Chums, Wonkey Donkey, Cat the Dog – all of those will be on there.

“And we won’t do text-in competitions, we will still do phone-ins because then Dec can really abuse [the callers] when they get Wonkey Donkey wrong!”

We can’t wait
