X Factor feud FINALLY over as Cheryl is given thumbs up to return

We'll believe it when we see it!

Louis Walsh has finally moved to end his long-running spat with Cheryl.

The pair have been in a war of words for years since the Irishman was manager of Cheryl’s old group Girls Aloud.

And they clashed again when sat next to each other as X Factor judges during the Geordie lass’s stint on the show.

But Louis looks to have offered an olive branch amid rumours the popstar could again be returning to the hit ITV talent show.

He told The Sun: “If Cheryl comes back that’s fine.

“Look, we would agree to disagree on certain things but that’s what makes it good. We all get on.”

The feud reportedly began when Louis called all five members of Girls Aloud “fat”.

Then seven years ago he compared Cheryl to a “peacock” and claimed she’d thought the X Factor was “her show”.

But the 34-year-old didn’t take it lying down, accusing Louis of exploiting the singer’s talent while he was manager of Girls Aloud and only taking the cheques.

The former Westlife manager responded: “I am a much better manager than she is a singer.”

Rumours are circulating Cheryl could make a sensational return to X Factor as she looks to relaunch her music career.

The Crazy, Stupid, Love singer was last in the studio in 2014 but put her career on hold while having baby Bear with One Direction star Liam Payne.
