Fearne Cotton threw it way back on Tuesday morning with a photo of herself and her best pal Davina McCall.

The TV presenter found the pic after the pair of them were on the phone talking about Sport Relief.

Back in 2010, Fearne, Davina, David Walliams, Miranda Hart, Russell Howard, Patrick Kielty and Jimmy Carr took part in a gruelling 1,000 mile cycling challenge across the UK.

They raised a whopping £1 million for the charity but suffered falls, cuts, bruises and saddle sores after 82 hours of cycling in total.

Despite the pain, it looked like Fearne was feeling nostalgic.

“Here’s the moment we were reminiscing about on the phone @davinamccall Sleepy cyclists for sports relief way back! #bunkbuddies #loveyou,” she wrote in a post shared with her 1.9million followers.

The friends still manage to look gorgeous despite being absolutely exhausted!

Fearne still stays active now and is an avid yoga bunny, but she has had to take it easy this week, as she’s been poorly.

Of course, the superwoman still managed to take some time out to unwind with a bit of kitchen yoga on Tuesday morning.

Her fans couldn’t believe how bendy she is!

“You’re amazing. After 3 children I’m not sure my body could achieve that!! X”.

“Wow I’m tired and aching just watching that,” said another.

A third commented: “Wow wish I could do that”.

The mum of four-year-old Rex, and daughter Honey Krissy who is two in September, has recently celebrated her third wedding anniversary with hubby Jesse Wood.

“1095 days, 2000 coffees, countless nappies, hundreds of sleepless nights, millions of laughs later… we’re still going strong.”
