Loose Women fans slam panellist Rebekah Vardy for being “rude” to Strictly guest

And yet he was the one who swore live on air!

As soon as we heard that Bruno Tonioli was going to be on today’s Loose Women, we knew it was going to be an eventful episode.

And we certainly weren’t disappointed!

During his brief stint on the show, we were shown pictures of the Strictly judge in his underpants and heard him swear live on air!

In fact, so entertaining was the Italian whirlwind, 62, that some viewers were left fuming that panellist Rebekah Vardy, 35, apparently told him to “be quiet” during the interview.

One person tweeted: “#BeckyVardy on @loosewomen being very uncool telling Bruno to be quiet #Rude.”

Another scathed: “Alright Becky, is there any need to be so rude to your guest? Bruno is just personality plus… give him his moment! She’s so miserable!”

And a third viewer wrote: “No #BrunoTonioli, don’t be quiet. Your passion is why we love you! How about YOU be quiet #RebekahVardy for, well, how about forever?”

Not that Rebekah was ever likely to stop Bruno talking – he was in a boisterous mood as he shared the panel with the WAG, Andrea McLean, Nadia Sawalha and Stacey Solomon.

He discussed the forthcoming Strictly tour and Loose Women’s body-confidence campaign, which saw him strip down to his pants for a series of photos last year.

But he did get a little bit carried away on one occasion as he recalled the time he filmed a jokey video of the ‘sprinkler’ dance with fellow judge Shirley Ballas’s son Mark.

He told the panel: “We did a… can you say [expletive]-take?”

As the ladies fell about laughing, Andrea pointed out that Bruno had put his foot in it.

Apologising, he finished: “Anyway, we did a very funny little sketch and did all these funny dances, and the sprinkler was one of them. Sorry!”

You can’t beat a bit of Bruno – roll on the next series of Strictly!
