But everyone needs a holiday and Kate has shared a video from her own sun-filled break.
Except not everything went to plan.

Pictured on a water feature about to dive into a swimming pool, Kate, 52, was then seen slipping and falling flat on her bottom.
She captioned the hilarious video: “Yep. 1st attempt #nailedit!?!!!!
“Well if slipping flopping & head butting is the aim that is as bad as I expected!!! My son is still giggling. Happy to entertain with my pain! #holiday @zafirohotels@jet2pics. (sic)”
Many of her 215,000 followers took to Instagram to giggle at Kate’s slip.
GMB colleague Charlotte Hawkins left three emojis: a monkey covering its eyes and two cry-laughing emojis.
TOWIE’s Jessica Wright commented: “Remember when you fell behind us on the GMB set a few years ago too. Accident prone but totally up for a giggle.”
Another follower commented: “You are so real that’s what makes you so god damn likable.”
A fourth wrote: “Very graceful!! Such a sport for sharing, you’re hilarious, my fave GMB presenter, hope you’re OK.”

Earlier this month, Kate amused Good Morning Britain fans as she asked Richard Madeley, “what’s it like to be a Dick?”.
On Wednesday’s show (August 28), the presenter couldn’t resist but make the jibe as Richard said he takes no notice of the rude play on his name.
It came after UKIP leader Richard Braine revealed that people call him “dickbrain”.
