Peter Andre has shared a photo that captures an adorable – and for many parents, relatable – family moment with his one million Instagram followers.
The Mysterious Girl singer posted a cute snap showing his wife, Emily, and two kids sat on the floor in their pyjamas making cakes.
Pete, 45, captioned the pic: “The floor had to be sterilized… why? Because what kids want they get according to Emily.
“We have a whole kitchen… no dad let’s make cakes in the floor. Ok.”

Pete and Emily are known for being protective about two-year-old Theodore and Amelia, five, on social media, hiding their faces in the snap.
But it nevertheless offered fans an insightful glimpse into family life in the Andre household.
Fans responded by sharing stories of their own, and it seems many could relate to Pete and his family.

One commented: “Always do our cake mixing on the floor. So much easier for little ones. Enjoy the results.”
Another remarked: “Dead right, safer for smaller kids and a whole lot more fun.”
A third replied: “Reminds me of the time I made bread with my son when he was 3! He decided to make it ‘snow’ in our kitchen!”
“Lovely to see the children having fun, wish my son was this age again. He’s 27 now, no more baking cakes now. Beautiful family,” said another.
Someone else commented: “Meh! Who cares if its on a floor or on a worktop, kids are learning new skills in fun ways. Nowt wrong with that Pete. Both of you keep up the fantastic parenting.”
Peter has two other children, Princess, 11, and Junior, 13, from his marriage with former glamour model Katie Price.
Earlier this month, junior doctor Emily Andre opened up about being with Peter and revealed what keeps their relationship strong.
Emily told readers of her OK! column: “Sharing problems is a great way to get them sorted!
“I think all couples have things they don’t agree on, but we’re very lucky that we happen to get on very well.”
