Katy Perry fans have been ‘roaring’ their approval after the US pop sensation revealed a dramatic new look on social media.
The Californian songstress, 34, has tried out a number of different hairstyles over the years, including a brunette bob, platinum spikes and even a punky purple ‘do.
But her followers seemed particularly taken with this one, with some even calling for her to keep it permanently.
Yes, Katy has gone for the full-on beach babe look, with sun-kissed tresses flowing down her back.
She captioned the Instagram picture with a suggestive “Como te llamas, baby?” (“What’s your name, baby?”)
And if the Firework singer was expecting an explosive reaction to her new look, she wouldn’t have been disappointed.
One fan gushed: “Your hair looks so much better like this!”

Another swooned: “I’m loving this look on you 🙂 It makes you look so much younger!”
And a third simply exclaimed: “Keep this hair!”
Perhaps Katy has changed her look in preparation for her wedding to film star beau Orlando Bloom.
The Lord of the Rings actor, 42, is believed to have popped the question on Valentine’s Day this year, three years after the pair met at a Golden Globes after-party.

Katy and Orlando did briefly go their separate ways in 2017, but were back together by February 2018 and it looks like they’re in it for the long run now.
Both of them have been married before – Katy to comedian Russell Brand and Orlando to model Miranda Kerr.
So they’ll no doubt be hoping that it’s a fairytale marriage this time around.
Indeed, while the wedding date has yet to be announced, rumours abound that the couple may get married in Cinderella’s Castle at Disney World.
We’re sure Katy will look like a princess – whatever hair she’s rocking!
