Declan Donnelly has been bombarded with messages of congratulations from fans after the news emerged he is set to become a father for the first time with his wife Ali Astall.
It’s believed that the 42-year-old’s wife Ali is expecting a baby after falling pregnant when I’m A Celebrity ended in December last year.
The loved-up couple wanted to wait until after the 40-year-old talent manager had her 12 week scan to make an announcement.
A source close to Dec told The Sun On Sunday: “They are both absolutely delighted to be expecting – especially as they’ve been trying for some time.”

The revelation thrilled fans of Ant & Dec and they rushed to congratulate them online on their social media.
One said: “OMG!!! I am over the moon to hear this!!! I couldn’t believe it when I read this @antanddec.”

Dec, who is one of seven children born to Irish Catholic parents, has often spoken of his desire to have a family of his own.

Before they got together, Declan and Ali were friends as she managed him and his presenting partner Ant McPartlin.
They even used to spend Valentine’s Day together when they were both single before they started dating in 2013 and tying the knot in 2015.
