Hollyoaks’ Abi Phillips auditions on The Voice for a recording contract

This could FINALLY be their big break

Hollyoaks actress Abi Phillips will be auditioning for her big break tonight on The Voice.

The gorgeous blonde, who played Liberty Savage in the Channel 4 soap has got an absolutely stunning voice.

Abi also released a single called Summer Sunshine back in 2011 but will be singing Girl Crush by Little Big Town to the judges later on.

According to the Birmingham Mail, she appears on the ITV singing show in the last of the Blind Auditions and sings her heart and soul out to Will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones, Jennifer Hudson and Gavin Rossdale.

The 23-year-old beauty, who is from Sutton Coldfield, is desperate for a recording contract.

The super talented actress also plays the guitar and has been singing since she was 12.

Abi got her big break after writing an emotional song for Hollyoaks called Missing You, which was played during Steph Cunningham’s heartbreaking death from cervical cancer.

It was only then that Hollyoaks producers invited her to audition for her acting role, which she landed aged 16.

Also, on tonight’s show, Gavin Rossadale looks rather embarrassed after he is turned down by a whopping SEVENTEEN contestants.

He is left having to accept a supermarket worker who performs an operatic version of Britney Spears’ hit Toxic.

Yeah, weird huh?

We guess people just don’t know who he is. Poor guy.
