It seems that the presenter pretty much had the worst day ever as a parent, after being asked to leave a playgroup with her gorgeous son Ernie on Monday.
Posting a hilarious photo of her 19-month-old son asleep in the back of her car, she captioned it: “Worst day of my parenting life. Asked to leave after 20 mins.

The ex Blue Peter presenter lives in Perpigan, France, with her rugby player husband Richie Myler.
Earlier in the day, she seemed to have a funny feeling that it wouldn’t be that straightforward. The cute family have also got another little one on the way!
Helen announced the great news in November of last year with an adorable photo of her growing family.
