The launch of Celebrity Big Brother is a mere few days away, and the Channel 5 show’s presenter Emma Willis is just as excited as we are!
And self-confessed mega-fan, Emma has revealed how shocked she was when she heard the whispered names of a few of the contestants entering the house this year.
“When I heard a few of the names of the celebs coming on this year my jaw hit the floor!” she told The Metro.
Emma, 42, also hinted that the celebrities mad enough to enter the house this year are likely to be famous faces that have been previously embroiled in some sort of ‘scandal’ – as befitting this year’s theme. ‘eye of the storm’.

The TV star added: “I think the theme is interesting because it’s the eye of the storm, so, from what I believe, we will see people who themselves have been in the eye of the storm – be that either on the giving or receiving end.
“What will be interesting is hearing the other side of the stories we haven’t heard before.”
Although Emma isn’t letting any names slip – admittedly because she says she’s become excited by big names in the past, only for them not to have signed up – here are a few celebs in the rumoured line up.
Dan Osborne – The TOWIE hunk has just welcomed a new baby daughter, but has been caught up in his fair share of scandal over the past few years. Most recently he was forced to deny an affair with Love Island’s Gabby Allen.
Welcome Gabby Allen! The petite personal trainer is also a strong contender. As well as splitting with Marcel Somerville in May after he reportedly cheated on her, she was also spotted laughing closely with Dan on a yacht in Marbella. They both deny all claims of an affair.
Ryan Thomas – After leaving Corrie two years ago, he may be following in brother Adam’s footsteps and trying out reality TV. He recently denied splitting from girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh.
Kieran Hayler – Katie Price’s estranged husband split from the former model earlier this year after a seriously rocky relationship.
Other names include Samantha Markle, Meghan’s half-sister, Sinitta, model Chloe Ayling, S Club’s Paul Cattermole, and American actress Kirtsie Alley.

Former adult actress Stormy Daniels is also in the running, and after being one of the many women to accuse President Trump of assault, could make for compulsive viewing.
“Wouldn’t it be amazing?” Emma said of the rumours that Stormy might make an appearance.
“I’m still waiting for the final list.”
