Peter Andre made sure his wife Emily didn’t miss out on knowing she is loved, even though he was away for Valentine’s Day.
The 45-year-old singer is currently touring the UK to mark his 25th anniversary in showbiz.
And even though his busy schedule meant he was in Newcastle rather than with Dr Emily on the 14th, the Mysterious Girl star was still smooth enough to ensure she received a huge bunch of flowers to let her know just how much he adores her.
Writing in OK! magazine, Emily revealed their two-year-old son Theo was delighted by the sight of the blooms when they were delivered.
She also gave some insight into a curious text message Pete had received from their daughter Amelia on the same day.
Pete posted the confusing communication on Instagram earlier this week, leaving fans in hysterics at what was thought to be a predictive text blunder.
But it appears Amelia was actually using her mum’s watch to send a sweet note to her dad – but it came out as wishing him a “happy […] cystitis day” instead.
Emily noted in OK!: “Millie sent Pete a Valentine’s Day message from my Apple Watch whilst he was on tour by speaking into the watch and it converts it into a text message.
“Unfortunately it couldn’t quite make out the words ‘Valentine’s Day’ and so it said: ‘Hi daddy I hope you’re having a lovely time at your work and happy Fallon cystitis day love from Millie’.
“It was so funny and Pete joked that he was going to get himself checked out!”
“Good job your wife is a doctor!” joked one fan on Pete’s post.
“This made me laugh out loud,” admitted another.
And a third gushed: “Oh this is adorable.”
