Fans are calling for EastEnders star Jasmine Armfield – aka Bex Fowler – to leave the show and go on The Voice instead.
Jasmine’s character, Bex, has always been keen to pursue a music career, but the lure of boys at Walford High was too great and she ditched music college to stick around and be near Shakhil Kazemi.
But that relationship has soured greatly in the last couple of weeks, with Bex’s supposed best mate Louise Mitchell stealing her friend’s phone and circulating intimate pictures of Shaki to the whole school.
Bex is absolutely furious at her friend’s betrayal of trust and remains torn between staying loyal to her and revealing to her former boyfriend who was behind the prank.
Taking to her dad, Martin Fowler’s, allotment shed, Bex sought solace in her music – and stunned viewers with her amazing voice.
As she sung and played her guitar along to Dido’s White Flag, her aunt, Michelle Fowler, overheard and was also impressed.

Fans were quick to take to Twitter to suggest a career change for the talented lass.
“Bex should go on The Voice her voice is amazing [sic]” Cerys Emily said.
And Kas added “EastEnders did some crossover thing with the Voice today with Bex Fowler!! She has a lovely voice [sic]”.

And they weren’t the only ones praising the schoolgirl.

Bex has previously performed in The Queen Vic alongside Charlie Cotton to a great reception.
And she also did a gig with a band in The Albert, but that was ruined by her mum Sonia Fowler’s then-girlfriend Tina Carter.
She’s a talented girl, that’s for sure – does a music career lie in Bex – or Jasmine’s – future?
