Kat Slater is going to go missing in EastEnders next week.
The day of Hope’s Christening is going to arrive with disaster as Kat goes AWOL leaving her family in the lurch.
Cleaner Kat is going to get a mysterious phone call from her son Tommy and disappear.
It will mean that Hayley has to step in to become Godmother to baby Hope.
But that’s not all, Hayley and Kat are later lucky to escape with their lives when they are involved in a nasty road accident.

Viwers will watch in horror as the two members of the Slater family narrowly escape disaster after going out for a moped ride.
Attempting to learn ‘The Knowledge’, the girls come off their bike and are left shaken.
It appears to be nothing serous at first – until pregnant Hayley starts feeling unwell and fearing she could lose her unborn baby, she agrees to go to hospital for tests.
At the moment, nobody knows Hayley is pregnant except for a kindly policeman.
However, next week, Hayley confesses the truth to Jean – but doesn’t tell her WHO the father is intent on at least keeping Alfie’s name out of it.
After the accident, Jean and Kat insist that Hayley goes to the hospital for a check-up.
Thankfully, she’s told that the baby is okay, but it’s only a matter of time before the truth comes out.
With Jean now aware that Hayley is pregnant, the eternal optimist puts the pressure on Hayley to contact the father.
Hayley is quick to tell Jean that the father believes she’s had a termination.
It’s never going to be happy families for this little tot who is due in October, but he will hardly be welcomed with open arms once the secret is out.
Fans were shocked earlier this year when it was revealed that Hayley was pregnant with her cousin Kat’s husband’s baby, when she met up with her mystery man in a hotel room.

Alfie answered the door and it was confirmed the pair had had a one night stand after he and Kat had separated.
It was also revealed the reason Kat came back to Walford and left Alfie and her three sons in Spain was because Ernie had been badly burned in an accident while Kat was ‘entertaining’ another man upstairs.
Alfie will be returning to the soap later this year and there are sure to be fireworks when he learns that Hayley hasn’t had a termination.
